How It Works

Send your rug back to us and we'll evaluate the best next chapter for it. Depending on condition and construction, we may recommend:

• Seaming — joined with a new rug to create a larger custom piece
• Repurposing — cut into runners, mats, stair applications, or smaller sizes
• Redesigning — new borders, leather binding, patchwork, or creative alterations
• Cleaning & Refreshing — professional care to extend its life beautifully
• Donation — placed with a charitable organization or community project when appropriate
